A Message From Our President
To our loyal customers and vendors,
After 53 years in business, it is with some degree of trepidation, excitement, and nervousness that I announce Colony Papers, Inc. is changing its name. While our legal name will remain the same, Colony Papers, Inc., the name we use in the marketplace will be Colony Packaging & Machine. This change does not mark any change in ownership or personnel, it just reflects the realities of what our company’s business has evolved into over the past five decades. And it also reflects the importance we place on being better understood in that marketplace, not only by our present customers, but future customers and vendors as well. To our customers, we thank you for allowing us to serve you. To our vendors we thank you for your partnership. While our operational name may be changing our values and goals are not – to be your most trusted source for industrial packaging and equipment.

Our new image speaks to our history and future
Our colonial branding comes from our founders: three proud American Navy Veterans who opened up shop in 1964. We continue to be veteran and family-owned with the third generation in the fold which is represented by the three stars. Although we retired the tricorn hat and sword, our iconic 12' soldier so many have come to recognize us by outside our building will be standing proudly again after a new paint job.
More about the name change:
During the month of April, 2017 you will begin to see changes in paperwork, email addresses, branding, and our website. Our legal name will remain Colony Papers, Inc. For billing purposes all paperwork correspondence can continue to use Colony Papers, Inc or you may update us in your system to Colony Packaging & Machine. As mentioned above, this change is symbolic of really what we have been doing best for quite a while - delivering the best packaging and packaging equipment solutions to our customer base.
