Planned Maintenance Agreements
PMA plans include a full checklist of reviewed items on every visit crafted based on your operation's unique requirements. Some customers require monthly visits while others stick to bi-annual check-ins. After performing a free audit on your line, we offer a professional proposal.
- Optimized Output: Equipment settings regularly fine-tuned to increase efficiency
- Operator Training: During visits our techs will do quick reviews with on-site operators and answer common questions to increase operator knowledge. Your equipment doesn't need to be a mystery to those operating it.
- Longevity: Regular cleanings and suggested replacement of worn out spare parts can increase the life of the machine and decrease overall product usage.
- Increased Transparency: PMAs give purchasing, operations, and accounting a better view of long-term expenditures and allows for better budget planning.
Our planned maintenance agreements are not a one-size-fit-all approach. We offer agreements for stretch wrappers, shrink tunnels and sealers, case erectors and sealers, machine and hand strapping machines, air pillow and paper-on-demand systems, and more.
