The Rotoplat 508’s Intuitive 7 Inch Color Touchscreen makes it easy to set up the correct parameters for wrapping each of your loads. You control containment force, rotation speed, roping and banding at 9 levels on each load.
Lock in the best wrap settings for up to six completely unique load configurations and save them. Your operator can then recall the appropriate program over and over with a touch of the control panel. This ensures that you to wrap your loads correctly every time, providing ultimate load protection and film savings time after time.

Rotoplat 508 PDS Power Pre-Stretch Roll Carriage - Robopac’s Patented S Winding Pattern Roll Carriage with Quick Load System provides 40% more film contact than the W Winding pattern commonly used by competitors. This provides better control of film through the roll carriage and ensures that you get 250% prestretch on each of your loads. This will protect your products from damage while at the same time reducing your film usage.
Turntable Base - The Rotoplat turntable is supported by 28 heavy duty casters and can handle a 4,400lb load. Weight capacity can be increased quickly and easily to 5,500 lbs.
Machine Construction - The Rotoplat was designed for the demanding American customer. It includes many performance and application features that are either extra cost or not available on stretch wrapping machines from other manufacturers.
