BestPack MTLW Semi-Automatic Adjustable Case Sealer
The BestPack™ MTLW Series are Semi-Automatic Adjustable Tape Carton Sealers engineered for economical, effective operator-fed closure applications. The MTLW’s air-driven brush tucks the leading and trailing tabs that hang over the bottom of the carton. This brush facilitates top sealing of cartons from a min. height of 1/2″ high, three inches lower than the MTD’s min. height of 3.5″. All BestPack units are available in the standard baked enamel finish and food grade 304 stainless steel for 21 CFR 110 compliance and come with high speed tape heads with tab adjustment. Available with 2″ or 3″ tape heads.
- Heavy duty frame
- Four belt drive system: 2 top, 2 bottom with idle rollers behind the 1-piece die molded belts
- Air driven bottom brush allows for low top seal down to 0.5" in height
- Upper side compression unit
- Individually adjustable side width guide rails
- Height adjustment knob can be mount on either side of the dealer
- Adjustable bed height from 20.5 to 30"
- Tape roll lengths in 1000 or 1500 yards
- Exclusive pop-out pressure sensitive high speed tape head with patented tab adjustment and noise reduction arm
