The Clamco Dem 6T is a heavy duty heat shrink wrap tunnel. This industrial shrink tunnel is digitally temperature-controlled to provide for consistent shrink wrapping of products. The Dem 6T, designed for 24/7 packaging, minimizes maintenance and can be used with a wide range of films. The adjustable airflow and variable tunnel conveyor speed enhances shrink performance. The automatic cool down and shutoff extend the life of this industrial shrink tunnel. The tunnel curtain design minimizes heat loss and maintains tunnel temperature consistency. The Dem 6T shrink tunnel features 9,000 watts of heating power and degree air flow. This shrink tunnel can accommodate products up to 26″ wide and 13.5″ high. A specially-engineered insulation minimizes temperature fluctuation. Shrink tunnel options tailored for the application include smaller roller spacing, a mesh belt overlay, and an extended tunnel height for products up to 15.5″ tall. DEM-6 Double Tunnel:

The DEM-6 double tunnel shrink system combines a heavy duty L-bar sealer and shrink tunnel for packing, sealing, and shrinking products. The DEM systems can be used with a wide range of films due to its precise temperature and speed controls.

The DEM seal system minimizes maintenance and eliminates the need for a hot knife seal bar with a unique seal wire temperature control system. The DEM is a heavy-duty machine with unique microprocessor controls for consistent seals and shrink. It has a single adjustable height control for the product take away and tunnel conveyors to provide smooth product transfer.

The robust design of the DEM systems provides the framework for 24×7 productivity and ensures consistently strong seals. The digitally temperature controlled tunnel provides for consistent shrink. The use of integrated application specific controls allow for easy and fast operator set-up and provides for years of trouble free operation.
