The dual-lane 708HBD-32 is capable of shrink wrapping products in a variety of multi-pack configurations thanks to multi-row collation capabilities. The unique dual-lane design enables the 708HBD-32 to shrink wrap two bundles simultaneously or produce one larger bundle.
The 708HBD-32 derives its compact design, clean operation and other unique features from a revolutionary motorized pulley drive system. Highly compact, brushless DC motors (pulleys) eliminate the need for separate drive motors, chains and belts.
Maintenance, operator hazards, and the higher costs associated with manufacturing and maintaining conventional motor systems are minimized or eliminated. This allows for clean, safe operation and a slimmer frame.
The fabric infeed conveyor belt prevents scuffing of the primary package, ensuring that the intended package appearance will be maintained from the production line to the store shelf.
