Vertrod PTV
The Vertrod PTV is a pneumatically operated sealer built for sealing plastic tubes of various shapes and sizes. This tube sealer is designed with an independently adjustable sealing head and tube rack support shelf to accommodate a large range of tube height requirements. The sealing jaw features a tube mask, custom matched to the size, shape, and thickness of each different tube. The tube mask provides a clean edge, maintaining tube shape around the seal, while also preventing the material from thinning and compromising seal integrity. The tube rack allows for sealing multiple tubes per cycle while maintaining a consistent product position along the sealing jaw.
The Vertrod PTV tube sealer is available in seal lengths ranging from 14” to 36”. The number of tubes that can be sealed per cycle is a factor of flattened tube width and length of seal.
The Vertrod PTV tube sealer is made in the USA and includes a 3 year limited warranty.
